To The Bleeding Mumbai

Around 1am last night i had a panicked filled sms from a dear friend of mine who was caught in the chaos that burst in the entertainment city of India. There has been no other incidents that has bought Mumbai to a stand still like this one.
While i write this more than 10 areas have been under terror out of which 3 are in the center of attention as the terrorist have taken hostages. It has been more than 24 hours now and the terror seems to be subsiding with the damage already done leaving a dent in the spirit and soul of India. More than 100 are dead out of which 14 are from the police force and 6 foreigners and one question that is now stirring in the hearts of every Indian is do we really have any security. Interview after interviews clearly show the anger of the people to the way that the government has handled this situation and it seems they have lost faith in our Government.

Proverbs chapter 3: 25, 26 says, “Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being snared.”

My team member’s friend who is a journalist was caught in the middle of this action last night while the terrorist started shooting towards her direction at the Railway Station. She sprawled on the ground trying to cover her head and run to shelter but it was only the grace of God that she was not among the dead. She reached home to safety this morning by 10 am for the Lord keeps His children.

Dear friends in Mumbai, we are praying for you. The Lord our God is our sun and shield, the protector, the glory and the lifter of our head!

One day during a very hopeless situation that Lord reminded me about how there was a heaven over the red sea, that there was an heaven over the Israelites’ wilderness, there was an heaven above Joseph’s dungeon, an heaven above the fiery furnace. So no matter where you are there is a God who is able to open an heaven above you.

Bible does not say that he will extinguish the fire or send you a helicopter to rescue you from the waters but it says in Isaiah 43: 2, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”

Lets put our hope and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ who promised, “Behold, i’ll be with you till the end of the ages!”

Blessings & Prayers,
Shyju

Thank Shy , For that post and all your’s Prayers

Praise GOD, Jesus is In Complete control. As Proverbs chapter 3: 25, 26 says, “Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being snared.”
Situation was so tensed in Mumbai. Everyone was panic. As I’m been in working Hospitality industry. Taj Hotel & Trident ‘Oberoi’ Is My client. When I heard on 26th Nov that Taj and Trident is attack by terrorist. I was shocked and I was continually praying. Today when I reached office I came to know that few Chefs of Taj & Oberoi who are my clients are missed and few are been killed in the terror attack. Just imagine someone you call and talk on phone everyday, meet them every week, and have coffee or dinner with them. Suddenly they are no more there in this world . My uncle “Encounter specialist – Vijay Salaskar “ Was been shot in this terror attack, On 26th Nov , I met him in morning at his home had tea with him and evening I hear in news that is been killed . Today 28th Nov ,the attack was still happening , I lost my colleague , my 2 of team guys in the firing at VT , One was shot on chest , other one on head. My office boy ran after seeing this team boys dead, when my office boy reached office he was crying and telling everyone about Death of my Colleague…Today there is One Question in everyone Mind what is happening in Aamchi Mumbai???

But ,I decided something , and think we should all should decide this that we should not see the circumstances But as “Psalms 46:10 says Be still, and know that I am God!“ My dear brethren , no matter what the situation say and it look like Jesus is in Complete control , He Reigns!!!

Dear Friends , Lets not blame anyone , for this things which are happening in country . Instead of blaming GOV. Authorities and everyone lets joins are hands and Pray for everyone for all people who lost there love ones and dear ones. For Peace in the nation .

Come On Prayer’s Warriors and MAN n Women OF Living GOD !!! Let Pray…

Our Prayers In Unity Makes Big differences !!

    Love :)

As bloodied scenes flashed across the TV screen, I was filled with grief when I watched those familiar streets outside CST station, the CAMA hospital, the Metro junction and later the Taj and Oberoi Trident falling prey to terrorist attack. It was a disaster waiting to happen and the cliched ‘resilience’ people refer to, when they talk about the average Mumbaikar, is simply a tired, weary, resigned person who simply doesn’t know what to expect, the next moment.
All this does look like the stage being set for the ‘end times’. Nations rising against nations, enemies rising up from among us..
The only consolation is God is still in control, no matter how bleak it looks and the day is coming when he will restore justice with speed and finality. I pray for the victim’s families, the people in adminstration, and my dear, dear city, especially thanking God for the brave NSG commandoes who led from the front and didn’t shy from making the supreme sacrifice.
    Remember your people, Oh Lord…

    Praise the Lord!!!
Our God knows everything that’s happening. It’s not without HIS knowledge, HE has each and everything in HIS calender. If we focus on our circumstances or situations, we will drown but if we focus on our GOD, we will walk through the deep waters through faith and courage. Praise be to our God.

Yes, God is in control of everything. This is our hope and our future when all is in chaos.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God” (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

Prayers are going up to Heaven from Bahrain to supply every need at this tragic time.
