How to Make It to the End | Power Nuggets

A popular song goes this way, “Moses stood on the mountain… I could make it to the end, if I just see your face”

Therein lies the secret. If I see His face, I can make it to the end.

Many times we start wrong. We start by seeing the faces of the people we think will help us. We start by seeing what is more possible in the natural. And other times, we are plainly distracted. But when we hit a dead end – we run to God, mostly grumbling.

But think of all that we would know, see, learn, overcome, understand and mature by just seeking His face everyday.

King David sings, “morning by morning, new mercies I see.” Every morning we have new mercies by going to Him.

All that Tiny and I have is for our daughter as long as she chooses to accept it. Let’s not forget that the prodigal son choose to run away from the love of His father.

We have access to fresh mercies, new anointing, multiplied grace – all at the feet of Jesus.

Sometimes I am discouraged. Sometimes disappointed. Some other times too overwhelmed. And all those times I have not been seeing His face.

How is that we fail to look into His eyes, even when we know that we will be alright if we keep our eyes FIXED on Jesus?

Remember, we can face all of this world, if we first face God on our knees.

Yes, we can. We can make it to the end if we just see His face! Let’s pursue Him now.

    Timely word! I’m going thru a very rough phase in my life. Last week, I almost broke down saying, I just can’t bear this pain anymore, Lord. And I almost heard the Holy Spirit whisper…. “You are almost at the finish line, don’t quit now”. What would our lives be without the ministry of the Holy Spirit…. the ministry of Jesus. Our God is AWESOME.

    I am reading this at a very right time, wherein I am almost doing the same as you mentioned and at a depressed state without seeking His face. Time and again God is reminding me the same to me. Thank God for your message at the right time.

    Shyju, I am praying for you and Tiny, and for those below having a hard time this week. God bless and add strength to you.

    What God taught me when I felt overwhelmed just being around a small group ministry, followed a christian conference is this – Just like guarding the heart, guarding your God given vision from the crowds intellectual ideas and suggestion is important. God had to work with me for 2 days to come to the place of rest in Him. Staying in Him and His course is what I need. God will supply.
